Not had any problems here. There have been a few issues with choosing drives but that seems to have been sorted when the app updated.

I see everyone referring to an app or client or such like. Isn't that just the windows store? Or am I missing something?

I think given my experience so far with Outer Worlds and Phoenix Point, the best thing about Game Pass so far is that for the cost of £2 it's saved me about £60 on games I'd have likely bought.

Not bad games, but equally having played them, games I'd have felt a bit gipped at paying full whack on, and ones I can't see my playing more of or replaying anytime soon.

Up next, Metro Exodus or Plague Tale? :-k

Final Fantasy XV just landed on the service - worth checking out?

My only experience with the series is 7 and most of 8.

It's a heavily westernised take on the franchise with faster paced third person combat and MMO mechanics. It really doesn't resemble the classic style at all, so depending on which genre styling you prefer will impact any recommendation.

For what it's worth the classic turn based ones are some of my favourite games and I got wasn't really gripped at all by this one.

I might give it a bash at some point as why not, but may not be one I sink vast amounts of time into.

My ex really enjoyed it, and she was a fan of the older games in the series as well as the new, if that's of any relevance. From what I watched of it when she was playing, it certainly looked flashy and fairly entertaining, but it's definitely not a typical JRPG combat system.
