Thought I might bag a Switch and a copy of this as it looks the kind of thing my wife would like too. Nope. Panic buying of Nintendo Switch

Covid-19 is effecting stock levels, manufacture of certain parts in China has ground to a halt.

As VGC’s network partner Eurogamer reported in a follow-up to our story, these remasters will include 1997’s Super Mario 64, 2002’s Super Mario Sunshine and 2007’s Super Mario Galaxy.
Nintendo will also release several other Mario titles in 2020, including a new instalment in the Paper Mario series and a Deluxe version of 2013’s Super Mario 3D World.
Re: Switch & Nintendo News/Discussion
There's a good chance I'd buy all of those.
Re: Switch & Nintendo News/Discussion
The current rumour, which Eurogamer believe, is that Mario 64, Mario Sunshine and Mario Galaxy will be packaged into a "Super Mario All-Stars 2", which would be an Orange Box-rival for best compilation package if accurate.

I have an urge to buy a switch for Zelda. Any other games you'd all recommend?

Get the WiiU version and play it in the Dolphin emulator

Joke price.
Nintendo have delayed their 'E3' Direct until later in the summer due to technical issues stemming from the Coronorvirus. Have to think this is to do with games being delayed and they not being confident of announcing their Q4 lineup.

Not really, I can work from home and my wife is a nurse, so we are both still working through lockdown. I just thought the game sounded something she would enjoy rather than "OMG am gonna be stuck at home, need a new console".

Re: Switch & Nintendo News/Discussion
So there's a new Paper Mario game coming to the Switch in July. It was announced yesterday but it seems to have been missed entirely by my usual news sources for some reason.
I've never played any of the Paper Mario games, but I'm lead to believe they're fairly popular.

...and it looks really good.
Not sure how I feel about the bosses being the contents of a classroom stationery set, but everything else from the novel battle system to the variety on offer looks quite promising.

I think it is great that it is just objects and they haven't anthropomorphised them at all.
