I've been copying them into the first post of the thread just so that the whole sorry tale is documented in a single place.

I think The Unmentionables fits us pretty well as an adventuring name.

Did we say which day this week we were aiming for?

I think we said provisionally Wednesday, depending on Mantis's availability.

Mantis, Raid - any thoughts on tonight?

EDIT - Sorry to do this but I’m going to have to postpone. Just got a call from my parents that my grandma’s seriously ill, so there’s family stuff I need to take care of.

No worries fella, that quite obviously takes precedence. I actually finally decided to buy Baldurs Gate last night, so I'll still be getting my D&D fix.

Cheers guys. It's a weird one as she's got late-stage Alzheimer's and she's now in end-of-life care, so it's a question of whether it's kinder to hope she goes sooner rather than later.

Anyway, depending on how things go I should be available Monday to Wednesday next week, and after that I'm on holiday until the week of the 15th.

Any thoughts on this week (Mon to Weds)?

Also just to say my grandma died on Friday. Honestly, it was a mercy given her situation.

So sorry to hear that WB :(

Had a similar situation a few months ago, grandmother in her 90s, had dementia for a long while... still sad, but you try to find the positives in it.

If you're wanting to host a game this week, it'll have to be wednesday for me.
