Space Crusade: Mission 2 - Clearing Action - COMPLETED
Re: Space Crusade: Mission 2 - Clearing Action
Sure, D5 it is. You shoot him from close range and 2 damage is plenty to put it down.
Re: Space Crusade: Mission 2 - Clearing Action
Cool.
Then just a couple of moves for the heavies - Vasquez to E9 and Hudson to H13.

You know Sly, there was a square you could have moved to where your Bolter could have had a sneaky shot at the Chaos Commander. Was wondering if you were going to spot it or not.
Re: Space Crusade: Mission 2 - Clearing Action
I just thought that exact same thing
I think it would have taken a supremely lucky shot on those two white dice to take him down though.

Re: Space Crusade: Mission 2 - Clearing Action
True.
This is where Space Crusade shines. It's the cat & mouse, having several options, not knowing which blips are the most desirable, when to use those Orders wisely...

I'll take the Move it! card.
Is range something that has to be considered?

And I'll reroll that 6 on the white dice.

Re: Space Crusade: Mission 2 - Clearing Action
You take the Chaos Commander completely by surprise. You've scored 7 damage and he can't possibly defend against your Power Glove & Sword attack. The objective has been completed.
The Ultramarines are awarded the Primary Mission Token! But will that be enough points to hold off the Blood Angels? There may be more work to be done here..
