Metzhuotl Blind Your Eye
○ A creature becomes invisible for d6 rounds or until it is damaged, attacking/defending with DR6
● Grace of a Dead Saint
○ d2 creatures regain d10 HP each
These any use in this situation?

These are the magical scrolls you own; anyone can use these, though you happen to own them.Animalmother wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 4:14 pmMetzhuotl Blind Your Eye

If you successfully cast Metzhuotl Blind your Eye on Grin just now, he will disappear from sight, and the nurse will have no-one else in the party to target.
But you also have a special power as an Initiative of the Invisible College, which allows you to summon up to two new spells out of thin air, which may also prove useful.
Great!
In which case, you pass the test. You break free of the nurse's attack, run to help Fechr and with the combination of yours, Lord Margar's and Giant Dances the Sea's aid, the fanged deserter is hauled out of the pit trap.
The nurse now turns her attention to Grin the Priest.
Grin will have to make a Presence test (d20), unless Malaiz uses a spell which can stop her!

I shall attempt to summon some new spells please!
Re: MÖRK BORG: Chapter I: Nurse the Rot
Prügl is troubled by the various visions and apparitions the ghoul woman stirred in him, and is anxious to interpret such confusions into some sort of incantation to help alleviate his dis-ease, so tunes up his trusty lute and prepares to express....

I roll a 2

In the physical world, it's a coin (heads or tails). Digitally, it's a result of 1 or 2.
So, you've summoned two magical scrolls!
Roll me 2d4 to see what they are!

One sacred roll. One unclean scroll.
Roll me 2d10 to see which ones you get!

Suddenly, with a shimmer of light, two scrolls appear in the hands of Malaiz.
Roskoe’s Consuming Glare
○ d4 creatures lose d8 HP each
Tongue of Eris
○ A creature of your choice is confused for 10 minutes.

I'll use Roskoe’s Consuming Glare against the nurse. I know my ability has been reduced due to the bard f'ing it up with his tune.

I'd counsel against this: for your sake, I'd rather you didn't waste one of your Powers for the day. She has no HP; she is a spectre.Animalmother wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 4:52 pmI'll use Roskoe’s Consuming Glare against the nurse.
