Btw guys I got a bit carried away and have played on a fair bit (I've got about 500 pictures waiting to be captioned ), and things do take a turn for the better. Hold on to that.

I know, it was a sad moment.

However, I am in the process of enacting a Plan. ;)

You have the end-mission screen very early in the story - but otherwise nice to see more success!

Argh... Imgur has a knack for jumbling up the order of images once you've uploaded, so I've been painstakingly doing them one at a time in the hope that would solve it.

I was wondering where that had gone! I'll do a bit of rearranging...

Quick update on this... I've been plugging away still having enormous fun and am now a dozen or more missions ahead of the last post.

However, I've just checked my screenshot folder and I've got 1,500 pictures awaiting sorting and captioning

It's hours and hours (and hours) of work and a bit daunted by the prospect... so how do people feel if I start summarising things a bit more to whip through each mission in say half a dozen highlight images and scale back on the world map stuff now I've introduced most of the core concepts there?

It'll still take a long time to go through even just to catch up to this point, but I'll be able to delete a lot of the images I've captured and make more progress in each entry.

New entry! :o

Still feeling my way a bit with reducing the number of images per mission, have tried to condense the world map stuff though.

Yeah, I know how time consuming the sorting of screenshots and adding of captions can take. 1500 images is a crazy number and I wouldn't expect anyone to post that many.

Maybe just stick to the story missions and important soldier events?

Yeah, possibly. There's still a fair bit of stuff going on that's worth reporting, but I'm going to be reaching the point soon where normal missions become fairly routine, so might start heavily condensing at that point.

1,500 is a lot, although there's a fair amount of me hitting the screenshot key in quick succession to try to get the best shot of something that's happened, so I'll be able to delete a fair bit.
