The wall is blocking, so you would have to go to C8 to hit that square. Is that okay?

Cool, so I can reveal the other blip was an Ork, and your 3 damage on 1 dice is enough to kill both of them:

No, all it can do is reroll one of the existing dice. It doesn't give you an extra shot at another target.
