Just watched the last Murderbot episode and whilst it kind of wrapped up, it left enough story to warrant a second season. Just read that season 2 has been green lit :)
I enjoyed the series but I enjoyed the books more, not played for laughs so much.
Looking forward to season 2.

I am happier on bluesky too, but I think it's YouTube that's the worst offender these days (at least in my experience); that's where I'm seeing the bulk of AI-generated fake news clickbait ads.
I use smarttube on my tv luckily, haven't seen an ad there in years.

The way that AI art and the internet-driven disinformation plague have gone hand in hand to create an entire multiverse of false narratives, and how these have been roped into crap click-bait advertisements pasted all over YouTube. One of the latest themes I've seen doing the rounds is that Steven ...

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

Well, Old Henry was not available on any streaming services that I could find, but what I did watch last night was... No Country for Old Men I had put off watching this for many years (eighteen, apparently). It was certainly gripping, and kept me watching it until 1:30 am. I thought about pausing h...

Cunts who suddenly stop to check their phone at top of a busy stairs or in a doorway.
100% this. I went to London recently and the buggers were stood like bollards and the end of escalators on the tube.

The non-driver who, when a passenger in your car, will unfailingly ask "why are you going this way?" even if you're following a satnav. I've been driving for over 25yrs, I may have a clue.

Just got a cracking new pair of trousers. Might be the best trousers I’ve ever had. Even came with a nice wallet!

Reviews of this are very positive, I felt the bluray wasn't a great transfer. And I love the steelbook design.
