Today's session provided an opportunity for the British games industry in particular to address growing concerns around gaming addiction, with UKIE CEO Dr. Jo Twist saying she would like to see more academic research done into the issue.
Yeah right Jo, whatever. I know Jo personally and I can see why she said it but...yeah...

Well this is kind of the point isn't it? Government doesn't really interfere that much in gambling which does much more damage than gaming, so it's understand that the industry would push back and ask for actual evidence not sound-bites and kneejerk reactions.
