Cause of death hasn't been confirmed, although in his tweet Jamie Oliver mentioned a "tragic fall".

I think he's basing it on the fact that, a couple of months ago when several supposedly famous people had recently died, Aron Eisenberg did as well, wasn't included in this thread, and you said:

Even as someone who loved the MASH film and thought DS9 was a load of boring toot, I don't think I'd have ever connected him with the former over the latter tbh.
