Eerm... Pratchett and Gaiman only wrote the one book, which was covered in the first series, so what are they basing the plot of this one on?

Uh oh. Season 1 was a great adaptation, but when Amazon went off piste with Gaiman’s American Gods it turned from decent to total drivel. Can’t say I’ve high hopes if Gaiman isn’t involved with season 2 of Good Omens.
