I actually bothered to stop and take photos but now realise I have no idea where they live..
EDIT: Found them. In my 'pictures' folder in windows 10.

I realise now that there's an art form to making good photos.. I don't have it yet

Finished this up this morning and my overall thoughts are it's a bit of a mess, not only are there a lot of bugs and various issues that can break the game but there doesn't feel like there is a real flow to the game. You kind of just bumble along until suddenly you get the "Point of no return" message right out of the blue. It's like the Witcher 3 issue when looking for Dandelion only spread across the whole game, there is little real direction, nothing pushing you to explore the world other than the fact that there are a bunch of icons on the map. It feels like a game with no overarching vision.

Anyone tried this since the update, any improvements? Tempted to get it for console but wondering if it's just better to wait a few more months.

Cheers mate. Basically still dog shit on the older consoles. I found a video of how it runs on the PS5/Series X, much better but still huge room for improvement. I'll give it a miss for the foreseeable future then.

Got this today for Xbox. Came with a manual, paper map, stickers and postcards which was nice. Liked the character creation bit, just clicked on random a few times and tweaked it from there.
So the performance is good as far as I can tell, did see some floating objects and textures don't always load immediately. The movement feels a bit off, too deliberate if that makes sense and not natural enough. Not sure if that improves with upgrades. Same with the combat, found it a bit clunky and messy, hard to hit targets. Jackie kept walking in front of me and a grenade bounced off him back at me, not a great start.
Think I might play it for a bit more then leave it until the next update to see if it improves. From what I've seen so far it's something I'll enjoy so that's good.

Incidentally I finished my second playthrough this weekend, having completed all available side jobs. Still very much enjoyed it, though I can’t say I noticed any real changes from patches since first playing it in December. I had a different ending this time, which was as impactful as the ‘good’ ending I originally had but more melancholy:
EDIT - The zoom on the minimap will be an improvement for following a route, but what it really needs is a breadcrumb trail you can follow on the actual road. When you’re zipping between cars on a bike at 190mph with sketchy controls, it helps to keep your eyes in front rather than checking the corner of the screen constantly.
Spoiler
Car handling is still a joke, sadly.EDIT - The zoom on the minimap will be an improvement for following a route, but what it really needs is a breadcrumb trail you can follow on the actual road. I'll definitely do a replay at some point, but while I've replayed W3 from start to finish maybe four or five times, I think my next Cyberpunk playthrough will be my final one - so I'm going to hold out until all the free DLCs and a few more patches have landed.
