Anyone else having a problem with YouTube constantly buffering and changing the resolution lately? I thought it was just me but my mate says he's getting the same problem. Thing is it's not on every video and is very random. Pain in the baws :x

I had an issue a few months back where Youtube would keep selecting the lowest possible resolution, but would work fine when I set it to something sensible. I have a 150mb fibre connection with rarely more than one device using it, I think it can manage more than 144p. I now use a Chrome extension (Youtube Auto Resolution) that lets me set a default resolution and it's pretty flawless.
