Is this about the delay? It's wild that a copyright issue could lead to a delay till November and the cancelling of the release of gameplay footage. Everything about the game seems highly suspect to me.

The fact it's disappeared from Steam altogether is another massive red flag.

Was this a significant release or something? I've never heard of it.

It's (or rather, it was), the second-most wishlisted game on Steam, which is odd considering no-one has ever seen any gameplay footage of it. The whole thing seems incredibly shady.

I saw another video where someone spotted that the petrol station in the above clip was copied exactly from one in the resent Life is Strange game, interior and exterior. The mall used in other clips appears identical from the one in the Spiderman game as well. A very elaborate grift it would appear.

Sounds like it could be some form of investment fraud - generate a high volume of 'interest' in a title you have spoofed and then start to reach out for investment capital, on the back of "Look how many sales this is going to generate". Could be wrong but it feels the obvious direction.

Yeah, this occurred to me as well. Apparently they were also using it to promote their own video conferencing app as well.

So apparently there's a new game on Steam that costs Β£2,000 and is just some crazy dude's rant about how plastics are feminising men and his journey to becoming an alpha-bro:

Concerning Forsbroken, it is a sad state of affairs when the gaming industry has now settled on relying on upscaling trickery to get anything close to solid/decent performance levels out of most, if not soon to be all newly releasing modern games. Why the fuck do we pay such exorbitant prices for hardware and the games only to be told sorry we didn't properly optimise, slap on DLSS etc and everything will be just fine. Sorta.

Edit-
Building the future, and keeping the past alive - are one and the same thing.
