This pish is going to be EVERYWHERE and you will not have a clue if you're listening to talent or ones and zeroes. Its utterly incredible but I hate this so so so much. How can Reason still sound like dogshit and this sound so convincing? This is just the tip, the beta, the bloody early access. Its just going to get better(worse). It does fuck up like on the line "Oh, Edwin, how your name's a shadow" it comes out "Yes, Edwin, how your name's a Quato" but till - ffs.

I changed the prompt from chunky metal blast beats to "metal blast beats drums only, jazzy horns" for the intro but it didn't seem to want to do that so maybe it's not able to merge genres that typically don't go together in the mainstream. Yet.

So like basically every "creative" use of AI then?

This is a genuine problem for society already; AI-generated artwork is already past the point where it's obvious it wasn't hand-drawn, where you need to look surprisingly closely to see the signs. Gone are the days of AI Art having blatantly messed up hands because for some reason the AI doesn't understand that humans have a finite number of fingers. The Screen Actors Guild went on strike because of the threat of AI likenesses being used. Half of the cheap shite you see on Amazon has descriptions written by AI. There've been AI created robocalls interfering with the US election.

I guess music's just one more industry to add to the list.
