Exodus - the new Mass Effect?

You've probably seen or at least heard of this already, it's a new sci-fi RPG being made by a new studio that includes ex-Bioware devs. It obviously draws a lot of inspiration from Mass Effect, but honestly that's no bad thing in my book and it's probably one of my most anticipated games currently.

They've dropped a first gameplay reveal trailer:



No word yet on release date, it's likely quite a ways off however.

The characters in that video look very off, like someone went to the Paris Fashion Week and grabbed a couple of models off the runway. Also a giant talking frog and an armored bear, is it semi fantasy I wonder? Looks good though.

The idea of the game is that are no extra-terrestrial (alien) species, instead all the other life-forms you encounter have their origins from Earth, they've just undergone massive changes and evolutions in the thousands of years since.
