I don't see why they shouldn't be, but thus far nobody has moved from the latrine or the eastern end of the corridor, so what's beyond them has not been revealed...

Ah right ok, it's just that they're closed on the map. I guess in that case Doc will tear himself away from his gutter-apothecary's playground and peer around the doorframe of that room.

To be clear:
South-west is the direction the bounty-hunter in the latrine told you where Tammy was holed up.
South-east is the door that the three bounty-hunters Doc spooked came from, indicated by an open door.
