The mayor collapses onto the floor, screaming.

The Bean Bunch then hear the sound of seven pairs of boots running up the stairs. The Redrum Boys are on their way.

Realising that the Mayor will probably alert them to our incredibly discreet balloon-escape plan, I blow the Mayor's head off.

"Up, up and away, fellas!", I say as I head for the balcony.

"Did that feller tell us where his balloon was?" Doc wonders, as he scrambles down the balcony.

With haste, the Bean Bunch leave the dressing room by the southern door and arrive on the balcony.

A nest of squawking Blood Vulture chicks is tucked into the corner.

From this vantage point, they have a great view of Palace, all aflame, the air choked with billowing smoke. Gunfire and screams resound through the sky as the city succumbs to the Incorporation massacre.

They can also see the servant's lodge up ahead, just in front of the house.

Anyone who attempts to scramble over the side of the balcony and climb to the ground: test SLICK.

Did anyone grab the silver/crucifix from the strongbox?

I think it was divided out to the group, not sure how much though.

With your +2 to Slick, that's a pass.

(Unless you already factored that in?)

Cumflutter successfully drops to the ground, unhurt, right in front of the front door of the mayor's house.

Yeah, Doc took the crucifix and gave the silver to the rest of the group.

Cumflutter gives a sharp whistle. Rufus canters out of his hiding place near the bicycles, his marvelous ham lumps swinging back and forth like church bells.

Heading over to the lodge, can we see the balloon?

Also, does there appear to be any pursuit from the Redrums?
